TERMS & CONDITIONS
Call for pick up must be made to NATIONWIDE EXPRESS before 10
am.
Pick up and delivery is within 30 km radius of town centre.
This service will not be applicable for weekends (Saturday &
Sunday or Thursday & Friday depending on the states work
days) and public holidays.
Chargeable weight will be based on either volumetric r actual
weight of the shipment, whichever is higher.
All shipments must be packed in accordance to IATA regulations.
Live animals, dangerous and perishable goods are not allowed.
For delayed delivery, we will refund your money and ensure that
your shipment will be delivered at no charge.
Liability will be MYR200 per shipment unless insurance is purchased.
While every endeavor is made to deliver the shipments to the
best of NATIONWIDE EXPRESS ability and capability, we reserve
the right to decline the services should the prevailing situation
do not permit.
NATIONWIDE EXPRESS will not be liable for all or any losses,
damages and expenses arising as a result of the customers' failure
to comply with the customer's obligations under this Agreement
or as a result of the customer's negligence.
