Nationwide Express Freight Forwarders Sdn. Bhd. (NEFF)
NEFF was incorporated to provide value added services to our
long standing express customer base. During the financial
year 2005/2006, NEFF has been offering trucking, brokerage
and airfreight services and on a larger scale, warehousing
solutions. The subsidiary recorded a fourfold increase in
turnover from the previous financial year and contributed
to about 5% of the Group’s revenue.
With the new warehouse facilities, NEFF is now able to expand
its service offering to include full scale warehousing and
pick and pack capabilities to our customers. NEFF has also
equipped itself with a smaller scale warehousing facilities
in Johor Bahru to cater for the growing demand over there.
Thus, positioning Nationwide Express into a complete one stop
logistics provider.

Nationwide Express Metro Sdn.
Bhd. (NEM)
A wholly-owned subsidiary engaged in courier and logistics,
and special handling & fulfillment, as well as customized
logistics, including mailroom outsourcing, supply chain management,
warehousing and distribution of high value and tight security
items.
NEM specializes handling, providing tailor-made
solution(s) to our customers. NEM focuses on areas of business
process outsourcing, mailroom management, and customized logistics
as well as special handling of security and high value items.
The subsidiary is equipped with highly trained personnel,
stringent quality control of processes and technology support
to ensure reliability and consistency of its services. During
the financial year 2005/2006, NEM contributed to about 4%
of the Group’s turnover.

Nationwide Express Courier Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)
A wholly-owned subsidiary, NECPL is our offshore office in
Singapore. This subsidiary offers the same array of products
and services as its parent company, Nationwide Express and
it completes the logistics linkages for Nationwide Express
connecting Singapore and Malaysia. With the highly intense
competition within the domestic Singapore courier industry,
NECPL, which contributed to about 4% of the Group’s
turnover during the financial year 2005/2006, is repositioning
itself to take on greater role in the logistics movements
between Singapore and Malaysia. It acts as a ‘fitting’
piece of puzzle in completing the North-to-South delivery
and acts as transshipment hub to the rest of the world.
