1985

Nationwide Express was incorporated on 9 January 1985 as Worldpak Air Courier Services(M) Sdn. Bhd. (WACS) with a paid-up share capital of RM2 and an authorised share capital of RM500,000.



WAC's name was changed to Nationwide Express Courier Services Berhad during the year.

With effect from 1 December 1985, Federal Express officially transhipped Nationwide Express' consignments around the world as well as doing free delivery in Singapore for Nationwide Express. Likewise, Nationwide Express commenced doing delivery in respect of all shipments from Federal Express destined for Malaysia.

1991

All shares of Nationwide Express was acquired by Ace Atlantic Sdn. Bhd. [now known as Federal Express Courier Services (M) Sdn. Bhd.] on 14 March 1991 making Nationwide Express as wholly owned subsidiary of ACE Atlantic Sdn. Bhd.
1993

All shares of Nationwide Express was acquired by Utas Usaha Sdn. Bhd. on 27 August 1993 making Nationwide Express a wholly owned subsidiary of Utas Usaha Sdn. Bhd.
1994

On 23 March 1994, the Company was converted into a public limited company and assumed its present name.
